Our film was entitled "FACEBROKE" which was our entry to the 6th Mindanao Film Festival last December 2010. It was produced, edited and directed by Mr. Alberto P. Egot Jr. www.albertology.com. Last December 5, 2010 was the awarding night of the said festival. It was held at Villa Magarita Hotel in Davao City.
Just before the entire shooting schedule, the team had a very tedious, yet enjoyable and memorable experience towards the making of this film because the casts had different time availability as well as priorities in life, thats why we had to settle things ahead of time.Consequently, we were able to accomplish the scheduled shooting dates just before the deadline of submission of entry.
The making of this film underwent different trials and challenges. After a month of shooting-activities,we suffered the sleepless editing that really required to have more patience,effort and time in scrutinizing every single little detail in order to come up with an almost perfect outcome. A big thanks to our editor due to his passion and compassion in patiently editing our videos taken from our different shooting frames.Uncountable sleepless nights encountered by our editor just to finish editing everything. Until such time it came to the point that we were not able to outdo the movie during the specified date and time due to inevitable delay because of some circumstances.Thank God we had given consideration to submit the CD late in the afternoon of the specified time frame. We were all delighted after all because we were able to cope the unavoidable situation.Being awarded as Best Actress of the 6th Mindanao Film Festival, one of the prestigious event here in Mindanao was a great honor for me.
